In TikTok tap Share → FlavorVault (or copy the link and paste it in FlavorVault → Add → Link). FlavorVault reads the caption and any linked written recipe. If the steps are only spoken or shown on screen, save the video to Photos (or screen-record it), then tap Use downloaded video. The app transcribes speech and reads on-screen text.
FlavorVault can only import information that is in the video: spoken words, on-screen text, or the caption. Videos with only background music and no written or spoken instructions can't provide steps. You can add them by hand.
Paste text, photograph or screenshot a recipe (Photo import), or type your own. These are always free and unlimited.
Free users get 7 link or saved-video imports each calendar month. The count resets on the 1st. Text, photo and manual recipes never count.
FlavorVault Pro gives unlimited link and video imports. It's $4.99/month or $29.99/year (US prices; local prices may vary). It renews automatically until cancelled.
Open FlavorVault → Profile → Restore Purchases (also on the Pro screen). Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FlavorVault Pro → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete recipes in the app, or delete the app to remove everything stored on your iPhone.
